All of your notes and tags end up in an activity feed inside of the Atmos browser extension. Activity feeds can currently be filtered by Tag or URL.

Clicking on a preview card inside of a note will take you to the URL where the content was discovered. This is an easy way to bookmark content or share it with a small group of people. Use Notes and Tags to add context or share your thoughts.
You can filter your activity feed by clicking on a tag on a note or by clicking the filter icon and typing a tag into the input field.
Clicking on the “Only this URL” toggle is an easy way to filter out all content from the activity feed except notes made specifically on the URL you are visiting.
